(“CSG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using this site, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

CSG provides coaching, mentorship, leadership development programs, digital resources, and corporate training. All materials are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

We make no guarantees regarding your outcomes. Your results depend on your individual effort, readiness, environment, and numerous factors outside of our control.

4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Results from our mentorship, coaching, or leadership training programs will vary based on personal effort, life circumstances, and other unknown factors.

We do not guarantee or promise specific outcomes—whether personal, financial, professional, or emotional. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Purchases are non-refundable, including in cases where you are dissatisfied with the outcome. By engaging with our content or services, you acknowledge that your success is your own responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including courses, videos, PDFs, blog posts, scripts, coaching materials, brand assets, and visual/audio content—is the intellectual property of Conscious Survival Guide Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and international IP law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, upload, broadcast, or share our content, in part or in full, without our express written consent.

6. Confidentiality and Use of Name or Materials

You agree not to share, distribute, disclose, or publish:

1. Any personal information or identifying details about Madusha Ranaweera

2. Any coaching session recordings or transcripts

3 Any copyrighted materials, frameworks, visuals, or proprietary language

Any breach of this clause may result in legal action and/or removal from the program without refund.

7. User Submissions

Any solicited or unsolicited suggestions, feedback, testimonials, or user-generated content submitted to CSG may be used by us for marketing, research, or operational purposes. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such submissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must not submit any confidential, proprietary, or third-party content you are not authorized to share.

8. Conduct and Prohibited Use

By accessing our services, you agree to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. You agree not to:

  • Share your course or mentorship access with others

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Misuse, distribute, or resell any CSG materials

  • Disrupt service operation, systems, or platform functionality

  • Harass, defame, or threaten any coach, client, or CSG team member

  • Engage in discriminatory, abusive, or exclusionary behaviour toward individuals of any race, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, religion, or ability status

  • Use any language or actions that make other participants feel unsafe, unwelcome, or invalidated.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may use third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi, Zoom, Calendly, Google Forms). These are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CSG disclaims responsibility for service interruptions, data breaches, or errors caused by these third-party platforms.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, including dissatisfaction with course content, coaching results, or perceived value.

Mentorship and coaching sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to notify us within this window may result in the session being forfeited with no refund.

11. No Warranties

All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that:

1. Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

2. Content will be accurate or reliable

3. Materials will meet your expectations

You access this site and its content at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSG and its affiliates, directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of income, opportunity, or goodwill

2. Emotional or psychological distress

3. Delays, outages, or service disruptions

4. Errors in third-party platforms or tools

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSG, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use of our services or website

2. Your breach of these Terms

3. Any violation of third-party rights

14. Privacy

15. Service Interruptions
